During the June 2026 State Bar Association of North Dakota’s (SBAND) annual meeting, North Dakota judicial officers received a variety of awards and recognition.
Gerald W. VandeWalle Medal – Judge James S. Hill.
This award recognizes individuals for their significant dedication and contributions to the administration of justice or the improvement of the judicial system.
Beryl Levine Achievement Award – Chief Justice Lisa Fair McEvers.
This award recognizes and honors individuals for their exceptional dedication and contributions to promoting gender diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.
Community Service Awards
The Community Service Awards recognize outstanding volunteer service that has enhanced the quality of life in the recipient’s communities.
